The App does not collect, store, or process customer personal data (such as customer name, email, phone number, or address).
WhatsApp conversations happen directly between the merchant and the customer via WhatsApp.
App settings are retained only while the App is installed. When the App is uninstalled, we delete all App-related data for that shop.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

By installing or using WhatsApp Order (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
The App may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Billing (if applicable) is handled by Shopify according to the billing configuration of the App. We do not store payment information.
The App is provided “as is” and may be updated, changed, or improved over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services (including Shopify or WhatsApp), service interruptions, or merchant configuration errors.
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend access if the App is used in violation of these Terms. On uninstall, App-related data is deleted from our servers.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
